    in Questions & Answers

    Try to include:

    1. Did you take your hormone before or after blood draw? When?

    2. What thyroid hormone do you take? Strength?

    3. Any iron/ferritin, sex hormones, cortisol, D, B12, and other hormone and vitamin/minerals.

    4. Only most current labs. Not a list of labs from different dates.

    5. Keep it as brief as possible to make it easier for others to read through it.

I took my levothyroxine 100 mg. about 7 hours before my blood draw. 2 months ago my TSH was 8.165, T3 Free 2.6, and T4 Free .61. My labs this week were TSH .283, T3 Free 3.5, and T4 Free 1.01. My dose had been upped from .88. My doctor thinks the new results are great because my T3 and T4 levels are good, but should my TSH be that low? Should I see and endocrinologist?

    Thank you for any help.
